From weekend camping to community gatherings, we maintain and manage local facilities that bring people together. Our campsites, golf course, and community room are available to book, offering clean, welcoming spaces for recreation, events, and relaxation.

Stage Area Reservation (Grass Area in Front of Stage. Does Not Include Playground): $100 non-refundable deposit upon reservation. All units pay separately per night.
Kitchen Booth: $250 damage deposit. $50/day
Stage: $50/day. $100/week-end
NOTE: We do not allow reservations of the whole campsite.

The campground is tucked in alongside the beautiful Clear River, just 13km Southwest of the Cleardale Store on highway 64.
CAUTION: Some areas of the campground have been washed away by the Clear River and are now cordoned off. Be careful when driving, especially near the east end, where the bank drops into the river.

Each year, the Cleardale Agricultural Society awards a bursary to graduating students of Menno Simons Community School who are pursuing further education or training. This scholarship is our way of investing in the next generation, supporting youth as they take the next step toward their goals.
The Cleardale Agricultural Society funds the Hot Lunch Program Coordinator position at Menno Simons Community School. This helps provide local job opportunities for school parents and ensures students enjoy warm, nutritious meals throughout the year.
